01 · The agreement, and the service

These terms are the agreement between you and BUTENKO ART STUDIO, maker of Manyloom, based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. By using Manyloom you accept them.

Manyloom is a calm AI project workspace. Loomy sorts your work into tasks and plans, builds small tools, connects your apps, runs an invoicing layer, and can act on your behalf when you approve it.

02 · Subscription and billing

Manyloom has one plan: CA$29 per month, or CA$300 per year.

  • No free trial and no free tier. You pay from the first day. Your first subscription includes 10 bonus days (a 41-day first month) as a welcome.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and we don’t cut you off mid-cycle.

Refunds

You can see the product in the live demo before you buy, so once a paid period has started we generally don’t refund it. If something went genuinely wrong on our side, write to billing@manyloom.com and we’ll look at it honestly.

Payments you collect from your own clients

If you use Manyloom to invoice or take payment from your own clients, you connect your own provider (Stripe, Square, PayPal) or take payment outside Manyloom. Manyloom is not a payment processor and is not a party to those transactions. It keeps the record, marks status, and sends your client to your provider’s checkout. You’re responsible for your own payment setup, terms, taxes, and your relationship with your clients.

03 · Acceptable use

Use Manyloom for real work, and don’t use it to cause harm. You agree not to:

  • Break the law, or use Manyloom to help others break it.
  • Send spam, run scams, or harass people.
  • Upload malware, or try to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Access accounts or data that aren’t yours, or misuse connected-app access.

You’re responsible for the content you put into Manyloom and for having the right to use it.

04 · How AI actions work, and your approval

This is the most important clause, so read it plainly.

  • Loomy assists and proposes. It drafts, organises, and suggests, and inside your own workspace it can arrange your work for you.
  • Anything that reaches the outside world needs your explicit approval. Sending an email, publishing a post, making a payment, or issuing an invoice won’t happen until you confirm it. There’s a clear approval step every time.
  • You decide what to approve. Nothing outbound, financial, or public runs on its own.
  • You’re responsible for what you approve, and we’re not liable for the outcomes of actions you approved, like an email you sent or an invoice you issued.

Loomy is a capable assistant. It still needs your judgement. Check what you approve, the same way you’d check your own work.

05 · Your content and IP

You own your content. The work you put into Manyloom, and what Loomy produces for you, is yours.

  • We claim no ownership of your content or intellectual property.
  • You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process your content so the product can run for you, and nothing beyond that.
  • We do not use your content to train AI models.

06 · Availability and warranty

We work hard to keep Manyloom reliable and safe. We can’t promise it will be perfect or never go down.

  • The service is provided as is. There may be occasional downtime, bugs, or maintenance.
  • We don’t guarantee a specific outcome from any AI suggestion or action.
  • To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here removes rights you have under Canadian consumer law.

07 · Suspension and termination

You can leave anytime by cancelling and, if you wish, deleting your account.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or is used for abuse or illegal activity. Where it’s safe and fair to do so, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to export your data first.

08 · Governing law, changes, and contact

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes are handled in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and let you know before it takes effect. If you keep using Manyloom after a change, that counts as accepting it.
